Name: Renee Lo
Course: Fashion Merchandising
Campus: Media Arts Design @ University of Westminster
Quirky Renee gets inspired by electronic music and fashion blogger Tavi, she’s wearing specs and a hoodie parka, matching it with a collar and a tomboy jumper. Renee brings together relaxed style with interesting details like vintage accessories. Lots of layers and black boots give together an informal image, yet a comfortable, effortless outdoor look.
Where’s your outfit from?
All the pieces I’m wearing right now are from Hong Kong. If I do shopping in London, I go to UNIQLO - they have really comfortable clothes that suit my style. The garments have a good quality too.
What are your favourite markets in London?
Brick Lane has a huge range of jumpers that are really cool to wear! It’s the best place to shop for jumpers, they have anything you could ever wish to get your hands on. It’s really fun to explore Brick Lane for quirky bargains. I go to Camden too, if I want to shop for an ‘old school’ look.
How to get Renee’s look:
Layers and casual jumpers are the way to go, but if you want to dress up and go out, patterned shirts and jackets would be the first choice.
